Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain good relationships with hardware shops, contractors, and other customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the East Coast Region.

• Conduct regular customer visits to understand market needs and provide product recommendations.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives set by Management.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up closely to secure orders.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the building materials industry.

Work Location: East Coast Region (Pahang / Terengganu / Kelantan)

Requirement(s):

• Experience in building materials industry will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with strong passion in sales are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to travel extensively within the East Coast Region.
