  • Manage incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring prompt and courteous communication at all times.
  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, organized, and professional manner.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding the clinic’s services, procedures, and available treatments.
  • Maintain and update patient records while utilizing feedback and data insights to support continuous service improvement.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive healthcare experience.
  • Support day-to-day clinic operations and perform administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Respond to patient enquiries through multiple channels, including walk-ins, telephone calls, and WhatsApp communications.
  • Deliver high-quality customer care by ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Ensure the children’s area remains clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates / Diploma / SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer & WhatsApp skills
  • Experience in customer service or clinic is an advantage

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
