We are seeking a Project Supervisor with strong technical and coordination skills to support and supervise works for advanced industrial projects — ensuring smooth execution, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily MEP site activities to ensure progress according to schedule, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure efficient and safe work execution.

• Review MEP drawings, installation details, and work procedures to ensure compliance and constructability.

• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain workflow continuity.

• Ensure all MEP works adhere to safety, regulatory, and client requirements.

• Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation to the project team.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, material requisition, and work sequencing.

• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising MEP works in construction, cleanroom, or industrial projects.

• Good understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection.

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently at site and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Familiar with interpreting technical drawings and site installation requirements.

• Possess valid CIDB certification; safety certifications (e.g., NIOSH, ISO awareness) are an advantage.
