About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join SURIA SINAR SDN BHD' as a full-time HR Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department. This is a great chance to gain experience in a fast-paced HR environment while contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document management
Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
Handling employee inquiries and acting as the first point of contact for HR-related matters
Coordinating and scheduling HR-related meetings and events
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
Providing support for payroll and benefits administration
Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Undertaking other general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR and administrative role.
Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
Experience with payroll or HR system will be an added advantage.
