About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Admin to join our team at MSN GLOBAL FOOD SDN BHD' in Skudai Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure the efficient operation of our finance department.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable and general ledger entries

2. Preparing and processing invoices, Delivery Order other financial documents and Need to be knowledgeable on SST, E-invoice as well providing information support to sales team.

3. Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

4. Providing support to the finance team with various administrative tasks

5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulations

6. Collaborating with other departments to resolve any financial or accounting-related issues

7. Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the finance department

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar accounting administrative role

2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

7. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
