Assist in managing daily retail, warehouse, and operational activities
Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between departments
Monitor staff performance and daily task completion
Support inventory management, stock monitoring, and operational planning
Assist in implementing company SOPs, policies, and operational improvements
Coordinate with retail, e-commerce, and customer service teams
Prepare operational reports and updates for management
Ensure workplace cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
Handle operational issues and assist in problem-solving
Support management in achieving company goals and targets
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
Good problem-solving and time management abilities
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in retail or operational management is an advantage
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred
