Kerja Sepenuh Masa, E-Commerce Executive di Hawley & Hazel Marketing Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Sales
• Coordinate with e-Distributor and e-Retailers on monthly sales activity planning to achieve company set yearly Net Sales target
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business review to identify business opportunities for better growth
• Manage trade spend within allocated budget for sustainable business growth
• Organize storefront outlook with 5P compliance & improve shopper journey to maximize sellout
• Track competitors’ pricing, promotion, shopper traffic activities in all online platforms

Marketing
• Develop marketing materials (thumbnails, banners, lorikeet) for all sales & marketing activities according to key customer activity calendar
• Analyze online marketing performance & identify key strategies for better ROAS
• Engage with agency to grow TikTok Shop via livestreams, videos & affiliate marketers
• Manage A&P within allocated budget & reconcile unutilized fund for other purposes

Operational
• Synchronize inventory to selling platform via Sellercraft OMS & maintain healthy warehouse inventory at e-Distributor without any OOS
• Ensure all PO are properly reported & delivery well arranged with key stakeholders
• Support O2O retailers for any marketing materials requested
• Analyze sales & marketing data & share learning insights with next action plan to management

Qualification / Experience:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in business, marketing, e-commerce or any related field

• Basic knowledge on e-commerce ecosystem, online acronyms & latest trending

• 1-3 years working experience in a commercial role, preferably experienced in e-commerce or modern trade role for FMCG company
• Key account management knowledge including sales activity planning & execution, trade spend management, customer engagement & negotiation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
