Job Title: Admin Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The role involves coordinating with internal subcontractors and external clients, preparing documents, managing records, and supporting basic administrative and billing functions.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support for daily office operations.
Manage schedules, appointments, correspondence, and filing systems.
Coordinate and communicate with internal subcontractors and external clients.
Prepare and maintain documents such as reports, memos, invoices, and other administrative records.
Assist in billing preparation, bookkeeping tasks, and work allocation to subcontractors.
Ensure documents and records are organized, updated, and easily accessible.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Support the team with other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
