Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing and resolving abnormalities during mass production processes, and leading continuous process improvement activities.

• Responsible for project handover reviews, taking over transferred projects, and managing subsequent mass production maintenance and continuous improvement.

• Lead and coordinate Engineering Change (EC) related activities.

• Lead the standard sample board preparation and management after PSW approval.

• Assist the Quality Assurance and Production Departments in analyzing and improving internal defects and customer complaints.

• Responsible for preparation and maintenance of technical and operational documentation.

• Perform any other duties and assignments delegated by superior management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or related technical fields.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Possess experience in project development and project management activities.
