The Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities related to wooden crate production, packing/crating processes, material planning, manpower coordination, and project execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, operational oversight, and the ability to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily crate manufacturing and crating operations.

• Plan production schedules based on customer orders and project timelines.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, production teams, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor inventory levels of wooden materials, packing materials, hardware, and consumables.

• Prepare job sheets, work orders, delivery schedules, and operational documentation.

• Ensure compliance with export packing standards and customer specifications.

• Coordinate site packing and on-site crating activities when required.

• Track project progress and ensure timely completion and delivery.

• Conduct quality checks on finished crates and packing works.

• Assist in manpower deployment, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors or workers.

• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company SOPs and safety regulations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or operations coordination.

• Experience in wooden packaging, export crating, or industrial packing is an advantage.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with warehouse, production, or packing operations is preferred.

• Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and teamwork mindset.
