Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR & Admin Executive to support human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll administration, staff claims, and benefits coordination.
Prepare HR-related letters such as employment offers, confirmation, warning, and other staff documents.
Support employee engagement activities and staff welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle office administration, procurement, and general office maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
Manage office assets, inventory, and company records.
Provide administrative support to management when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of HR and administrative experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
