Responsibilities:

• Responsible for General Administration & Management Tasks.

• To support day-to-day operation function.

• Assist team members in calling customer(s) for verification purposes.

• To assist in compiling data for business reporting purposes.

• Learning and applying new skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Assist with the other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, or a related field.

• Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support daily tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments.

• Demonstrate good time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to work at our office located in Kuchai Lama.

• A proactive and responsible attitude, ready to contribute effectively within a team.
