About the role

Are you an experienced Administrative Executive looking for a new challenge? Kong Brothers Enterprise Sdn Bhd, a thriving company in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, is seeking a full-time Admin Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the organisation, playing a crucial part in the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

• Providing customer service support, answering enquiries and assisting clients

• Coordinating office supplies, equipment and overseeing facilities management

• Assisting with event planning and organisation

• Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the team

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
