Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible interns to support daily office operations across different departments including HR, Accounts, QS, and Site Administration. This internship provides practical working exposure, hands-on experience, and opportunities to learn professional office processes in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
General Office Support
  • Assist in daily administrative and clerical duties.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and filing systems.

  • Support data entry and update company records accurately.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.

  • Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document submission.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Support office housekeeping and ensure proper document control.

Human Resources (HR) Support
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and interview arrangement.

  • Support employee onboarding and documentation.

  • Update employee records and attendance information.

  • Assist in organizing training and staff activities.

Accounts Support
  • Assist in invoice preparation and document checking.

  • Support data entry for accounting records and payment tracking.

  • Organize financial documents and filing.

  • Assist in petty cash and expense record updates.

Quantity Surveying (QS) Support
  • Assist in quantity take-off and measurement work.

  • Support preparation of quotations, tender documents, and cost reports.

  • Organize project-related documentation and records.

  • Assist in material tracking and subcontractor documentation.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
