About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, people-friendly Admin who keeps things running smoothly and doesn't need to be told twice. You'll be the operational backbone of our Singapore office — managing day-to-day admin, coordinating with vendors, and playing a hands-on role in our upcoming office relocation. If you're proactive, organised, and enjoy solving problems before they become issues, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document management
• Be the main point of contact for office vendors (cleaning, maintenance, pantry supplies, IT support, etc.)
• Source new vendors when needed and manage office supplies and equipment
• Play an active role in our office relocation — logistics coordination, asset inventory, and setting up the new space
• Help organise meeting rooms, team events, and company activities
• Pitch in on ad hoc admin tasks across teams

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in admin, office management, or operations support
• Sharp and quick on the uptake — you ask the right questions and figure things out fast
• A natural communicator who builds good relationships with vendors and colleagues
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Hands-on and resourceful — you roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Experience supporting an office move is a plus
