ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support executives with scheduling, communication, documentation, and coordination of business activities to ensure efficiency and productivity across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Calendar & Scheduling Management
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate schedules and resolve conflicts
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and logistics
- Send reminders and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prioritize urgent meetings and requests
Communication & Coordination
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and prepare professional documents and messages
- Coordinate across departments to ensure task completion
- Maintain clear and efficient communication flow
Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Maintain confidential records and business documentation
- Assist with expense tracking and reporting
- Support project coordination and administrative tasks
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and filings
Executive & Operational Support
- Support executives in daily operational activities
- Prepare agendas and meeting minutes
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Assist in decision-making with organized information
- Ensure smooth execution of executive workflows
