Role Overview

As a Marketing Consultant, you will support client engagements by planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while contributing to broader growth strategies.

This role is part of our consulting track, where you will gain exposure beyond execution including business understanding, funnel design, and client problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support development of lead generation and conversion strategies
• Assist in building landing pages and marketing funnels
• Work with CRM and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zapier)
• Collaborate with team members across strategy, marketing, and operations
• Contribute to client reporting and performance reviews

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in marketing, digital marketing or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a hybrid environment
• Good communication and structured thinking
• Comfortable working with SMEs across different industries

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with landing page tools (e.g. Unbounce)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Zapier)
