Tanggungjawab
Report directly to the Project Manager on project progress, technical matters, and site issues.
Interpret and review construction drawings, blueprints, schematics, and layouts to provide clear guidance to the site team.
Supervise site surveying and setting-out activities to ensure accurate positioning of equipment and structures according to the approved master layout.
Conduct routine inspections of ongoing works to verify compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
Support planning and sequencing of construction activities, including effective allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and handover between construction phases, including structural, electrical, and plumbing works.
Monitor construction schedules and ensure activities are completed within the approved timeline.
Participate actively in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to promote a safe working environment.
Identify and report unsafe conditions and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare regular reports on construction progress, technical issues, project risks, and site challenges for management review.
Escalate critical technical or operational issues promptly to the Project Manager and management team.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings, testing and commissioning documents, punch lists, and project close-out documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards at all times.
