What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connect with potential corporate clients and working professionals to introduce our training programmes
  • Identify clients’ business goals and learning requirements, then recommend the most suitable training solutions
  • Handle and nurture warm leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR representatives, business owners, and key decision-makers
  • Meet sales goals and KPIs while supporting the success of the overall team
  • Collaborate closely with management while receiving continuous coaching, guidance, and mentorship

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in telesales, business development, inside sales, recruitment, education sales, or corporate training sales is a plus
  • Applicants from the education, training, enrichment, or service sectors are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven attitude
  • Comfortable communicating with clients through calls and messaging platforms
  • Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
