Job Responsibilities
Database Management:
- Develop and maintain databases using Microsoft Excel to store and organize relevant information.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing validation checks and error monitoring procedures.
- Regularly update and cleanse databases to remove duplicate or outdated information.
MCMC Claims Submission Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure completeness of submissions.
- Format the claims data according to the MCMC template.
- Review data for accuracy and consistency prior to submission to MCMC.
- Maintain records and documentation related to MCMC claims submission activities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to MCMC claims to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Finance and compliance teams to gather and verify necessary information.
- Analyze awarded claim consumption data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Generate regular reports summarizing consumption trends, variances and key findings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline with minimum of 5-10 years experience in related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and a comprehensive understanding of advanced formulas and functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
Experience:
- claims/finance transaction processing: 5 years (Preferred)
