Job Scope – Account Cum HR

Accounts / Finance

• Handle daily accounting transactions using MYERP System
• Key in invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries into the system
• Manage Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR)
• Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly financial reports
• Monitor supplier payments and customer collections
• Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation
• Handle petty cash and ensure accurate financial records

Human Resource (HR)

• Maintain employee records and staff files
• Process monthly payroll using Info-Tech Payroll System
• Manage staff attendance, leave, and overtime
• Prepare basic HR documents such as offer letters and confirmation letters
• Assist with general office administration duties

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in using MYERP System and Info-Tech Payroll System is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
