Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for helping members achieve their fitness goals through personalized workout programs, coaching, motivation, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for members.
• Design personalized workout and training programmes based on client goals.
• Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions.
• Guide members on proper exercise techniques and safety.
• Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas.
• Promote personal training packages and fitness programmes.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programmes when necessary.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Certification in Personal Training or Fitness related field.
• CPR & First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
