Addar Global Sdn Bhd is looking for a Business Systems & CRM Automation Executive to support the company’s internal systems, customer database, CRM workflow, Chatku.AI/blasting setup, reporting dashboard, and sales follow-up tracking.
This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working with systems, data, customer database, reporting tools, automation setup, and cross-department coordination. The person does not need to be extremely senior, but must be hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and able to support daily business operations through proper system and data management.
The role will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, IT, Warehouse, HR, Finance, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities1. CRM, Customer Database & Blasting Support
- Manage, clean, update and organize customer database from various platforms.
- Segment customer data based on categories such as leads, existing customers, VIP customers, inactive customers, product interest, campaign source, and other relevant groups.
- Assist in setting up customer blasting through Chatku.AI or other approved blasting/CRM platforms.
- Ensure customer data used for blasting is accurate, updated and properly segmented.
- Work with Sales & Marketing team to support campaign execution from a system and database angle.
- Monitor customer follow-up records and ensure data is properly updated by the relevant team.
2. Sales Follow-Up Reporting System
- Set up and maintain follow-up reporting structure for the Sales team.
- Create reporting formats for hourly, daily, weekly and monthly customer follow-up updates.
- Monitor whether sales reports are submitted according to the required timeline.
- Track customer follow-up status, pending actions, response progress and sales-related updates.
- Assist management in identifying follow-up gaps, overdue actions or poor reporting compliance.
- Improve reporting flow to make it easier for the Sales team to update and for management to review.
3. Business Systems Support
- Support internal business systems used by the company, including sales, warehouse, HR, finance, customer service and operation-related systems.
- Monitor system performance and report any bugs, errors or issues to the relevant vendor/developer.
- Liaise with vendors, developers or external contractors for system troubleshooting, updates, maintenance and improvements.
- Support system implementation, testing, user training and documentation.
- Assist users from different departments when they face system-related issues.
4. Data Reporting & Dashboard
- Prepare basic reports and dashboards for management review.
- Compile data from different departments when required.
- Support reporting related to sales performance, customer follow-up, campaign response, database quality, system usage and operational updates.
- Present data in a clear and easy-to-understand format.
- Assist in improving existing report templates and tracking sheets.
- Use tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI or other reporting tools when needed.
5. System Workflow & Automation
- Assist in creating simple workflow automation for internal processes.
- Improve manual reporting and tracking processes through better templates, forms, dashboards or automation tools.
- Support setup of customer journey tracking, sales follow-up reminders, status tagging and reporting structure.
- Ensure workflow is practical, user-friendly and suitable for daily operation.
6. Technical & User Support
- Provide first-level support for system users.
- Troubleshoot basic system, data, access, login and reporting issues.
- Maintain proper documentation for system access, user guides, reporting flow and system-related processes.
- Escalate complex issues to vendors, developers or management when necessary.
7. Data Accuracy, Security & Compliance
- Ensure company data is properly managed, organized and protected.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Control and monitor access to system/database where applicable.
- Ensure data is not misused, duplicated incorrectly, deleted without approval or shared with unauthorized parties.
- Support backup and documentation practices for important business data.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, Data Analytics, Marketing Technology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of working experience in CRM, business systems, data/reporting, sales operations support, marketing automation, IT support, or related roles.
- Experience handling customer database, CRM system, sales reporting or blasting tools will be an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of database, data cleaning, segmentation and reporting.
- Comfortable working with different departments and external vendors.
- Able to troubleshoot basic system or data issues.
- Good attention to detail and able to follow deadlines.
- Able to communicate clearly and organize information properly.
- Must be hands-on and willing to support operational tasks.
Added Advantage
- Experience using Chatku.AI, WhatsApp blasting tools, CRM tools, chatbot platforms or customer database systems.
- Experience creating sales follow-up trackers or reporting dashboards.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience with workflow automation tools.
- Experience working in e-commerce, beauty, retail, customer service, sales support or marketing operations environment.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
