Job description

• Prepare monthly management reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with other departments for inter-departmental accounting matters.
• Monitor and follow up on collections and supplier payments.
• Assist in costing analysis, stock reconciliation, and year-end audit preparation.
• Support any other finance-related tasks as assigned.
• Maintaining asset registers and monitoring office or departmental expenses.
• To perform any other related duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
