Position: Aircond Technician

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: RM 2000 – RM 2500

Work location: Multiple sites (assigned daily by DMSS Senior Staff)

Overtime: Occasional (paid)

Weekend / Public Holiday work: Based on site progress (OT paid)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform testing & commissioning for HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Conduct wiring checks for sensors, control panels, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and rectify wiring and installation issues at site
• Carry out airflow measurements according to project specifications
• Execute BMS connection and point-to-point checks based on test scripts
• Perform alarm and failure testing to validate system functionality
• Support internal testing with BMS programmers using IO point lists
• Provide daily progress updates to the Engineer in charge
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with project standards and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC / BMS / M&E environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems or BMS is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience in site work, wiring, or commissioning preferred
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and test procedures
• Willing to travel between multiple project sites
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
