Job Description:

• Independently complete the entire process of narrative video production, including pre-production planning, scene and lighting setup, and post-production color grading and packaging. Responsible for the pacing of the final cut and completion rates.
• Liaise with models to direct shoots, interpret scripts to design compelling "golden three-second" hooks, and enhance narrative tension through integrated shooting and editing techniques.
• Independently execute product still life photography; integrate feeds-style editing techniques to boost video spreadability.
• Rapidly optimize shooting and editing plans based on performance data and team feedback.
• Maintain shooting equipment and manage the archiving of raw footage and final video assets.

Qualifications:

• College diploma or above, with a passion for film creation and excellent aesthetic judgment and film theory knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with strong integrated shooting and editing capabilities. Successful cases in narrative/short-form video content are required; experience in beauty or cosmetics is a plus.
• Proficiency with shooting equipment (e.g., DSLR) and editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro), mastering all aspects from shooting and lighting to color grading.
• Possess scriptwriting and data-driven thinking, with a strong sense of online trends and familiarity with the TikTok platform's characteristics.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Expertise in portrait photography, skilled in using lighting techniques to enhance shooting results.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
