• Leading a team of QA Inspector / Technician and Supervisor, job assignment and arrangement.
• Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications or customer requirements.
• Support execution of First Article Inspection, adherence to customer approved protocol and specification.
• Outline product inspection criteria and characteristics, preparation of work instruction and caution points.
• Provide training and technical support for product inspection criteria.
• Working with Engineering team/ Incoming Quality and relevant department for failures analysis from production line, engineering change and customer complaint.
• Compilation of daily yield, weekly, monthly quality report.
• Liaison with customers on various issues like compliant, technical enquiries, sampling plan, specification, quality issues etc.
• Support and work with inter-department on failure analysis.
• Compiling 8D / CAPA report for customer quality complaint.
• Provide review, support, ensure accuracy and approval of documents or reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers in addressing and attending any quality related matter.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related field
• Has knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fluent in speaking, and ability to write and read English.
• Has experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
