Job Description
RK Lift & Escalators Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This position is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn, gain working experience, and develop professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare reports, letters, and basic data entry
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments and external clients
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist in invoice processing, purchase orders, and basic accounting support
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records
- Support HR and operations administrative tasks when required
- Ensure proper document control and compliance with company procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification and above
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with no working experience are welcome (training will be provided)
- Willing to learn and develop new working skills
- Good attitude, responsible, and able to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an added advantage
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Good communication and teamwork skills
