Account Executive

(Finance/Accounting Background Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive with a strong background in Finance or Accounting to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and provide strategic business solutions. The ideal candidate understands financial processes, accounting principles, and can effectively communicate value to clients in finance-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify business opportunities and generate sales leads
• Present products/services tailored to client financial and operational needs
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations
• Collaborate with internal finance, accounting, and operations teams
• Analyze client financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
• Support account receivables follow-up and payment coordination when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Background in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, ERP, or financial services preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting workflows, and business processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build long-term client partnerships

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
