Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Barista who is passionate about specialty coffee and delivering excellent customer experiences. You will be responsible for beverage quality, workflow efficiency, and supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks and manual brews
• Dial in coffee and maintain consistency in beverage quality
• Ensure smooth daily café operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and engagement
• Train and guide junior baristas
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and stock levels
• Manage opening and closing duties
• Assist in inventory control and stock ordering

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year barista experience (specialty coffee preferred)
• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and basic latte art
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented

Bonus (Preferred)

• Experience with specialty coffee
• Latte art skills
• Experience in high-volume café operations

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
