Requirements:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience. - Degree or diploma in Project Management Civil Engineering, Structural, Town Planning related field.
• Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least having 1 years or above experience, & open to fresh graduate
• Skills required: Analytical, Problem Solving, Organizational Skill
• Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation
• Willing to learn and assist in technical and coordination tasks
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of digital documents.
• Ability to plan workload effectively and meet deadlines.

Job Description:

1) Plan, organize, liaise and deliver the awarded site in timely manner- mainly for permitting scope (acquiring permit approval).

2) Engage with clients to give them better understanding on the project flow, timeline, requirement and also risk.

3) Engage with clients to discuss and update on the progress of the project effectively by updating project progress tracker and regular meeting.

4) Attend to all clients' query by providing comprehensive information through preferred communicating platform.

5) Coordinate between client and internal technical department to acquire necessary documents for permit approval acquiring process.

6) Engage and maintain good reputation with local council and One Stop Agency (OSA) to smoothen the permit approval acquiring process.

7) Monitor the project progress to reduce disruption/issue especially on the timeline.

8) Come out with best solution to cater arising issue during the permit approval acquiring process.

9) Engage with finance team to proceed with claim on the completed scope by providing necessary documents.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
