About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Wellness Executive to grow our business across OEM, ODM, and wellness products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and turning opportunities into real business growth.

You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while working closely with internal teams to deliver successful projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and manage new business leads through digital platforms, networking, and outreach
• Convert leads into customers by presenting suitable wellness, OEM, and ODM solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous engagement and support
• Manage sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up on all opportunities
• Execute marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer data
• Prepare reports and support data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
• Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, OEM/ODM, or related industries is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or presentation tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects
• Positive attitude with strong initiative and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
