Tan Chong Education Services Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Tan Chong Group)* is looking for Officer, Trainer. This role will be based at Petaling Jaya*.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct automotive training sessions covering both theory and hands-on practical skills for SKM/C&G students.
• Provide guidance and technical support to students throughout their learning journey.
• Monitor student performance and maintain classroom discipline to ensure effective learning and class control.
• Participate in final examinations.
• Assist in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities, workshops, competitions, and student development programs.
• Support the marketing team in promoting training programs and student recruitment initiatives.
• Carry out administrative and general documentation duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Automotive Technology or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in automotive training, technical teaching, or the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions effectively.
