Key Responsibilities:

• Work with R&D executive to prepare and develop new prototypes and/or formulations at pilot plant
• Assist in conducting lab-scale trials, recipe formulations, and testing for taste, texture, and shelf life of pilot plant prototypes
• Support the Research & Development team in new product development (NPD) of plant-based milk and beverages
• Collect and document experimental data and prepare technical reports for analysis.
• Work closely with Quality and Production teams during pilot runs and scale-ups.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the R&D lab and related equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, ingredients, and technology in plant-based food science.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields.
• Min 2 years proven track record in R&D/Product Development/Application Specialist of food industry (specialized in manufacturing plant)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and laboratory procedures.
• Passionate about innovation and plant-based products.
• Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to tasks.
• Good team player with effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
