Pure Mylk Sdn. Bhd, we are a fast-growing plant-based milk contract manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainable products for health-conscious consumers. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a qualified, dedicated and hands-on QC Lab Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and monitor laboratory testing for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with SOP, GLP, GMP, quality, and safety requirements.
• Verify laboratory test results, records, and data analysis reports.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, reagents, and inventory in good condition.
• Coordinate equipment calibration, verification, and laboratory housekeeping activities.
• Support production trials, validation, troubleshooting, and change management activities.
• Assist in GMP inspections, pest control coordination, internal audits, and external audits.
• Handle documentation, non-conformance investigations, complaints, and QAQC records.
• Support training activities for technicians and operational staff.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Utilities departments on quality-related matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum STPM holder or Diploma in Science and related (food technology, food science, or a related field is typically required) or SPM with relevant working experience
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or food & beverage industry is an advantages
• Moderate knowledge on laboratory analysis in QC activities especially on food manufacturing work environment.
• Moderate knowledge related with GMP, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL and food manufacturing quality management system.
• Familiar with quality control & laboratory testing operation related to food
• Good analytical skills in laboratory analysis
• Moderate knowledge and experience in food safety system certification.
• Moderate analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
