Responsiblity

• Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the shop.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
• Provide clear and helpful advice on available services to meet customer needs.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Report any issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the Outlet Manager.
• Ensure the cash register balances with receipts at the end of the day.
• Follow company guidelines and standards, especially for brand-specific requirements.
• Stay updated on special promotions and assist in setting up promotional displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
