The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and achieving sales targets. You will maintain strong product knowledge to offer tailored advice, ensure the store is well-presented and organized, and support daily operations, including stock management and inventory control. You will also contribute to promoting the Sacoor Group values by creating a welcoming and elevated shopping experience.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships
• Sales proficiency, ability to meet or exceed sales targets, and enthusiasm for working in a retail-oriented environment
• Product knowledge and an understanding of premium lifestyle and fashion trends
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain an appealing store presentation
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and flexible, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Prior experience in retail or the fashion industry is an advantage
