Role Description
As a Relationship Officer, you will be the key liaison between internal teams and external clients.
In doing so, to be responsible for:
a. Ensuring client satisfaction through achievement of SLAs
b. Participating in an open and collaborative team environment and culture
c. Performing new client setups, moves and changes
d. Addressing client queries via phone and e-mail
e. First level trouble shooting and fault resolution
f. Assisting the testing and implementation of new products and features where required
g. Learning new products and technology where required.
