• Lead and model the organization value and drive a culture of engagement by providing effective leadership, direction, development and support for the team.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement process and programs for operational excellence.
• Liaise and coordinate with contract manufacturers for various resources and support in daily operations, ensuring critical activities are identified and issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to maintain a positive relationship with suppliers and logistics providers, ensure materials availability for production and on time delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations.
• Ensure compliance with Heath and Safety policies, ensuring site safety through hazard identification and prevention.
• Responsible for staff development and training to ensure optimal competency.
• Work closely with Affiliates Company in USA and other countries on all operational matters.
• Undertake any duties as assigned from time to time.
