Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and organized Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and operations
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping
  • Prepare reports, letters, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Support HR and finance administrative tasks
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
  • Assist management with administrative support

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,000.00 per month
