About the Role
The Assistant Manager - Growth Marketing will support TTRacing's growth marketing operations by assisting in the execution of performance marketing campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition strategies, and supporting the scaling of marketing channels across multiple markets. Working closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will manage campaign execution, oversee creative testing, handle paid media optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and maximize ROI. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer eager to develop expertise in growth marketing and performance optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) under the guidance of the Senior Growth Marketing Manager.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, tracking ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and refine copywriting and proofreading tasks to align with the brand's voice and campaign objectives.
- Assist in creative testing strategy by coordinating ad creatives, hooks, angles, and landing page variants to improve conversion performance.
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to produce high-performing marketing assets across all channels.
- Coordinate with eCommerce and product teams for product launching campaigns, marketplace promotions, and website optimization initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining tracking systems, attribution models, and campaign reporting dashboards.
- Analyze campaign data and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities and trends across traffic, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for senior marketing leadership.
- Support cross-functional coordination for product launches, promotional campaigns, and social media marketing initiatives.
- Assist in identifying new growth opportunities including emerging channels, market segments, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall brand positioning.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Preferably experience in eCommerce or consumer brands.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or marketplace advertising.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Grammarly.
- Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
- Solid understanding of campaign metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and other KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 7,000 per month.
