JOB PURPOSE:
- Manage and supervise contractors' performance to ensure conformance and compliance to the terms and conditions of contracts, statutory and regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure operational and maintenance activities achieve the contractual obligations i.e uptime performance, maintenance performance and reliability.
- Collate and analyse data for the development of asset management budget and other improvement initiatives.
- Manage the materials/papers and coordination for Executive Committee and Board of Directors meeting.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to the respective managers to facilitate the asset operations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Asset Operational/Maintenance Supervision
- Manage and supervise operators and contractor’s activities on OBU assets operations and maintenance to ensure their compliance to the planned operation and maintenance schedule on vessels uptime performance and reliability in compliance to the industry regulations and standards to meet client's requirements.
- Provide operational and maintenance status reports and highlights on non-conformance.
Conditional Audit / Inspections
- Conduct conditional audits and inspections on vessels and make recommendation for continuous improvement.
Repair and Maintenance Budget
- Collect and analyse data for the development of operational & maintenance budget.
- Consolidate vessels' budget against actual performance reports for department consolidation in determining operational excellence.
Maintenance Management System Supervision
- Manage, monitor and verify Asset Management maintenance activities to ensure assets are maintained as per the Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and within approved budget for uptime reliability and longevity.
Contract Management Monitoring
- Manage, monitor and report the performance of operators and contractors to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of various contracts in safeguarding OBU's interests.
QHSSE
- Manage, monitor and report the implementation of OBU's HSE policies, procedures and guidelines in operational and maintenance activities to safeguard and protect life, asset and environment.
Technical Evaluation
- Take lead in the technical evaluation during tender award process for operations and maintenance related activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant working experience in Marine Operations with at least 3 years in Oil & Gas industry preferably in FPSO/FSO Operations.
- COC Class 3 Deck or Class 4 Marine Engineer or Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably majoring in Marine or Mechanical or equivalent.
