Job Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of Materials Management (MM) data within a major ERP transformation program, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and readiness for migration.
- Collaborate with site system owners, data specialists, and central teams to extract, assess, and prepare MM datasets aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead site-level data readiness and impact assessments, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and required remediation actions.
- Drive data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and mapping activities to ensure load-ready data formats for migration cycles.
- Ensure alignment across technical conversion teams, business stakeholders, and data owners to support multiple data conversion cycles.
- Provide guidance to site deployment teams on data preparation expectations and compliance with standard templates.
- Support Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by ensuring high-quality, representative data is available.
- Offer post-go-live support (Early Life Support) by resolving data-related issues, discrepancies, and process blockers.
- Collaborate with change management and governance teams to embed standardized data practices and ensure long-term data quality.
- Provide insights on recurring data issues and recommend improvements to central data governance and design teams.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA deployments, with a strong focus on materials management, procurement, or supply chain data.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP data migration, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end materials management data flows, including product master, warehouse management, and related data objects.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional project environments and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge and advise stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills, with experience in risk management and governance frameworks.
- Ability to break down complex deliverables into structured, manageable tasks and ensure timely execution.
