Role Overview
We are hiring a Level 2 Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team, serving as a key technical escalation point. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with Level 1 Support to resolve escalated incidents and problems, tackle complex network and firewall issues, and support infrastructure changes and technology refresh initiatives. You’ll also play an important role in building and maintaining a structured, documentation-driven operations culture.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving in real-world environments. You should bring solid, practical troubleshooting experience, not just configuration knowledge; and be confident diagnosing and resolving routing, switching, wireless, and firewall issues in a fast-paced setting. A methodical, analytical mindset and the ability to perform under pressure will be key to your success.
