• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Controlling stakeholders
• Design, configure, and maintain SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting
• Configure SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing
• Support end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects
• Perform system testing activities including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support data migration activities including data validation and reconciliation
• Ensure integration between SAP FI/CO and other modules such as MM and SD
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve financial system incidents
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting cycles
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams and provide user training and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–8+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in FI and CO modules
• Good understanding of financial accounting and management accounting principles
• Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts
• Knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
• Experience in S/4HANA is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in global or multi-regional project environments
