Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, memorable first impression
- Possess strong knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary considerations
- Present menus, respond to guest inquiries, and provide thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences
- Promote daily specials, seasonal menus, and ongoing promotions effectively
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual order methods
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service and presentation standards
- Deliver attentive and proactive customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns professionally
- Conduct regular table checks to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Prepare and maintain dining areas before service, including proper setup of tables, linens, cutlery, and glassware
- Present bills, process payments accurately, and handle cash or card transactions responsibly
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all front-of-house areas
- Support daily outlet operations and carry out additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- No prior experience required — comprehensive training will be provided
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and passion for hospitality and customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Fresh graduates, former cabin crew, hospitality professionals, interns, and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply
