Tanggungjawab

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
  • Provide customers with information regarding the company’s products, promotions, and services.
  • Assist customers with purchases, bookings, and product-related inquiries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Handle customer complaints and help resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high and consistent level.
  • Build good relationships with customers to enhance confidence in the company.
  • Help achieve the company’s sales targets through quality customer service.
  • Plan and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales through online platforms and live marketing.
  • Cooperate with the team and assist with the company’s daily operations when required.
  • Comply with all SOPs, company policies, and instructions from time to time.

Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work at Tebing Bandar Dato Onn Johor Bahru
