Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kota Bharu for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage construction crews, ensure compliance with safety standards, perform inspections, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. The individual will also ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory and Site Supervision skills to effectively oversee construction crews and ensure project progress.
• Proficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring adherence to building codes and quality standards.
• Expertise in Construction Safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment on-site.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams, contractors, and clients.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
• Experience in managing budgets and timelines for construction projects.
• Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materials used in construction projects.
• A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
