Key Responsibilities

• Support the quality team in enforcing performance targets and goals.
• Assist in developing and implementing training programs for inspectors.
• Help manage work schedules and shifts for the inspection team.
• Monitor and evaluate inspectors’ performance, providing feedback and improvements.
• Review and approve inspection documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to address abnormality findings, disposition, and corrective actions.
• Assist in resolving internal and external quality claims by conducting investigations and implementing solutions.
• Identify and help resolve workplace challenges such as tardiness or absenteeism.
• Prepare and update reports and activity logs for management and customers, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and ISO standards.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating quality inspection personnel.
• Review and share Statistical Process Control (SPC) Data Reports with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in First Article Inspection (FAI) and engineering build activities to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area to promote workplace efficiency and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Engineer or Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or engineering-related roles.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes, ISO standards, and SPC methodologies.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with FAI and engineering build processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools.
