Tanggungjawab
· Responsible in handling and maintaining proper office documents record
· Liaise with service provider, local authority, financial institution
· Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance
· Assist Accounts Manager on account related matter
· Able to write minutes of meeting would be an added advantage
· Assist to generate billing and send out to the purchasers
· Assist to send reminder to the defaulters
· Responsible in general office administration
· Attending incoming inquiries and complaints
· Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by superior
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
